Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our South Australia team based in Thebarton. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing our Repairs sales portfolio and working in collaboration with the operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing contracted customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Prepare and submit tenders to secure new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions to identify opportunities to promote Schindler services and drive business development.
- A track record of delivering consistent outstanding performance with a strong sales pipeline.
- Experience in selling technical products and services to property management companies, strata corporations, and building owners.
- Contract management, negotiation, and compliance skills.
- Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, key influencers, and industry experts.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- A current driver's license.
