The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Australian payroll, specifically within the Labour Hire/Recruitment industry. They will be responsible for providing accurate and timely end-to-end contractor payroll services, ensuring compliance with modern awards and other legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong relationships with clients and contractors
  • Providing detailed payroll services, including superannuation and statutory obligations
  • Liaising with clients and contractors on timesheet and payroll queries
  • Assisting with process documentation and identifying improvements
  • Supporting sales efforts, such as quotes and proposals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian payroll experience within the Labour Hire/Recruitment industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern awards and other state and industry legislation
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
