We are seeking a senior ecologist to collaborate with our team of professionals, contributing to the growth and development of their career in environmental science.

Our team provides fully integrated environmental and social assessment and management services across various sectors. We deliver concept and feasibility studies, technical assessments, consultations, approvals, project delivery, operation, and decommissioning.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will have diverse experience in field work, ecological surveys, legislative awareness, and solid reporting and project management skills. They will have a passion for field work and a drive for delivering high-quality outcomes.

We seek an individual with tertiary qualifications in environmental science or a related field, accompanied by 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Tertiary qualifications in environmental science or a related field
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Experience in terrestrial flora and/or fauna survey, including planning surveys and coordinating field teams
  • Demonstrated experience in managing medium and large-scale projects
  • Strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and team members
  • Expertise in collecting and interpreting ecological and spatial data
  • Effective communication skills, including report preparation and review
  • Highly motivated with a strong team commitment
