You'll be part of a national team of industry experts working across high-impact land and groundwater projects, with the freedom to manage your own portfolio and the support to grow professionally and personally.

The Opportunity

- Deliver a wide range of contaminated land investigations, from PSIs and DSIs to remediation planning
- Contribute to project bids, fee proposals, and tender processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and internal networks
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to team capability
- Get involved in growing the business in NSW and beyond

What You'll Bring

- A minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience in contaminated land consulting
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (environmental science, engineering, geology, hydrogeology, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of NEPM 2013, NEMP 2.0, and contaminated land regulations
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across sectors including urban development, infrastructure, government, or resources
- Professional communication and technical writing skills
- Full working rights in Australia and a valid driver's licence
