Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage creative content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate social media efforts with other marketing channels.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a premium global brand.
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including creator culture, social trends, and cultural-first media channels.
  • Expertise in writing and managing creative briefs that inspire agency and creative teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to foster connection, build trusting relationships, and take personal responsibility.
