Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to work on our telehealth platform, supporting clients' mental health and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1-on-1 telehealth mental health support for clients
  • Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
  • Collaborate with the internal team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master/Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
  • Skills in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
  • At least 300 clinical hours post-masters degree
  • The ability to communicate in English and your local language
  • Experience working with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people (desirable)
