Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless workflow and fostering a positive environment for staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the veterinary team to provide excellent patient care and customer service.
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and invoicing, to ensure clinic profitability.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and address concerns or feedback to improve client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, training, and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in veterinary practice management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Solid financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A background in veterinary science or a related field is preferred.
