Our organisation is a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to rural and remote communities through the delivery of mental health care.

This role focuses on delivering clinical care across a stepped mental health care model, with a focus on recovery-oriented services in line with current MHNIP guidelines. You will facilitate a mix of therapy and case management to meet client needs while based in Dubbo, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical care to clients across various settings.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to improve mental health outcomes in rural communities.
  • Collaborate with consumers to provide tailored services that cater to their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with current best practices and guidelines in the field of mental health nursing.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Credentialed Mental Health Nurse (ACMHN) or ability to work towards registration with AHPRA.
  • Postgraduate experience of at least two years as a mental health nurse in a clinical role.
  • Desirable:
  • Significant experience or demonstrated understanding of working in rural/remote/population health.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
