About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Demonstrated recent and substantial clinical nursing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate patient care.
  • Demonstrated competence in clinical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
