Key Responsibilities- Provision of clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication management and therapy optimization
- Mentoring and clinical supervision of learners at all levels, including pharmacy students, interns, and residents
- Participation in pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings
- Contribution to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services and programs
- Current registration as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting is preferred
