Speech Pathologist Grade 2 Job Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team at Grampians Health in Ballarat. As a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of programs, including acute, subacute inpatients, community, aged care, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients with various diagnoses, utilizing evidence-based practice and quality care principles.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Lead quality improvement activities, supervise junior staff and students, and develop leadership and management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or tertiary equivalent in Speech Pathology.
  • Certification with Speech Pathology Australia's Certification Program (full or provisional status).
  • Current driver's licence.
