Role Overview
Catholic Education South Australia (CESA) is seeking a dedicated ICT Support Officer to join its team. As an ICT Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing on-site support to staff and students across multiple schools.

About the Role
As an ICT Support Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to users. You will ensure that all assigned support requests are promptly resolved, and that incident response and diagnostic support are provided for users and incidents raised. Additionally, you will deploy, configure, upgrade, and support devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals. Your expertise in problem-solving and troubleshooting will be essential in resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide on-site technical support and service to staff and students across multiple schools.
• Ensure all assigned support requests are promptly resolved (Level 1 and 2 support).
• Provide incident response and diagnostic support for users and incidents raised.
• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and support devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and support services, including operating software (MacOS, iOS, and Windows), applications, and systems (including Microsoft 365 and JAMF).
