We are seeking a skilled Partner Success Associate to drive business growth and innovation for our high-priority merchant partners.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the merchant partner ecosystem, with commercial acumen and experience working directly with merchants at an Enterprise level.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide outstanding customer experiences and advance strategic priorities
- Analyze data to identify opportunities and threats to merchant partners' businesses, providing recommendations for growth within the partnership
- Enhance the merchant experience by building trust across multiple collaborators within the merchant partner's corporate network

The successful Partner Success Associate will be highly collaborative, proactive, and responsive when working with stakeholders. They will also possess strong data and analytical capabilities, as well as a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
