Join Goodstart Early Learning as a Senior Educator in our Penfield centre. We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Professional to lead our Pre-school room. As a Senior Educator, you'll be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for our children. You'll work closely with our centre team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children. Our centre is located in a beautiful 12-acre setting, with a variety of native animals and a large community garden. We offer a range of benefits, including better pay, 50% discount on childcare gap fees, and paid professional development opportunities. If you're passionate about early childhood education and want to make a difference in the lives of our children, we'd love to hear from you. As a Senior Educator, you'll need to have a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
