Your Role
  • Lead a room's high-quality learning program aligned with EYLF/QKLG standards
  • BUILD strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Mentor fellow educators to create an engaging, safe, and inclusive environment
  • Learn and grow under the mentorship of an experienced Director with 15 years of expertise
About You
  • You embody a collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence in early childhood education
  • Degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education is essential
  • Proven experience leading a room and developing captivating, play-based programs
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, QKLG, NQF, and current best practices in early childhood education
  • Ability to guide children's behaviour with empathy and care
  • Proficiency in compliance, documentation, and quality standards is a must
  • Solid communication and relationship-building skills with families, children, and colleagues
  • Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office and relevant childcare software
  • Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis are required
  • Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is also necessary
