The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Specialisation Lead to drive innovation and accelerate the adoption of AI-powered solutions. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of modern data platforms and cloud technologies, as well as a passion for leveraging AI to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute our AI-driven data strategy, aligning it with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust data pipelines and lakes, ensuring seamless machine learning and AI model integration into our data platforms.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to identify AI opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
  • Share expertise through thought leadership activities, industry presentations, and publications.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role leading an AI and/or Data capability for a SI, Tech company.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow).
  • Deep understanding of machine learning and AI algorithms (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning).
  • Experience with data modelling, data warehousing, and data governance practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
