Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned civil engineering professional to contribute significantly to a leading organization's growth and expansion plans.

As a skilled Civil Division Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of civil engineering projects, from planning and execution to completion. Your expertise will enable the seamless coordination and leadership of cross-functional project teams, comprising engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

  • Manage project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to guarantee project objectives are met.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management to foster open communication and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Civil Division Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projects.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
  • Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations and standards.
