We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager, responsible for overseeing concrete and bulk earthworks projects from Perth to our regional sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs, and specifications.
  • Design Review: Review and improve existing designs as appropriate.
  • Estimating and Tenders: Assist in the preparation of estimates, quotations, and tenders.
  • Site Management: Prepare site construction budgets and reports, and monitor construction progress for adherence to program.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise designated direct labor and sub-contractors, assign work, and assist with reviews for accuracy and adherence to required standards.
  • Health and Safety: Implement company OHS, QA, and Environmental management systems, and observe safe systems of work relevant to your work area.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality specifications used are in accordance with Company and/or Client requirements, and develop methods to correct deficiencies identified in quality system audits.
  • Commissioning and Testing: Prepare FIC's, ITPs, and Commissioning Plans, and ensure that quality specifications used are in accordance with Company and/or Client requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Civil Engineering/Management Degree
  • Experience: At least 5 years construction industry experience
