This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate to initiate their career. As a junior legal professional, you will be working in a dynamic and reputable organization, handling various tasks related to trademark and patent issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-of-month invoicing and maintain regular communication with the accounting team
- Interact with team members, clients, and international trademark representatives
- Prepare IP Australia forms such as extensions, expedited examinations, deferments, and hearing requests
- Establish new trademark, client/agent contacts, dispute, and other records in Equinox
- Undertake administrative tasks and generate reports concerning both international and domestic trademark issues
- Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing patent-related correspondence
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive mindset and robust work ethic
- An eagerness to learn
- The capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
