Job Title: Refrigeration Specialist - ANZ Region

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Refrigeration Specialist to join our team in the ANZ region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving account growth and new business across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and growing key accounts across the ANZ region
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers (contractors, wholesalers, OEMs, supermarkets, cold storage operators)
  • Understanding regional needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Ensuring high levels of customer retention and satisfaction through regular engagement
  • Driving new business development by identifying and approaching new customers or market segments
  • Leveraging industry networks, trade shows, and technical presentations to generate leads
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong sales and account management experience in the HVAC-R or industrial solutions sector
  • Technical fluency in refrigeration/commercial cooling products, standards, and codes
  • Commercial acumen: pricing, negotiation, compliance, and logistics management
  • Market knowledge: sustainability trends, natural refrigerants, green building initiatives
  • Analytical skills for forecasting, reporting, competitor tracking
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence across local/global teams
  • Relationship-building, customer retention, and communication skills
  • Comfort with travel across Australia & New Zealand
