Reliability Maintenance Professionals play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global network of fulfillment centres.

Candidates with certificates in Electrotechnology and Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualifications, are ideal for this position.

The successful applicant will possess experience with planned preventative maintenance systems, fault finding within Material Handling Equipment/Automation systems, and reading electrical/mechanical drawings.

As a Reliability Maintenance & Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance tasks on site equipment
  • Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and policies
  • Responding promptly to breakdowns and communicating effectively with affected teams
  • Supporting continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and sending feedback and suggestions for improvements
  • Providing high levels of equipment availability to our internal customers

A typical day involves carrying out maintenance tasks, responding to breakdowns, and suggesting long-term improvements. You will work closely with senior colleagues and undertake general building maintenance duties.
