Job Description

This is an autonomous role where you will work independently to deliver exceptional customer service. Your typical day may include:

  • Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
  • Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE

You'll have the opportunity to work in various environments, both internal and external, and predominantly inside customers' premises. We encourage a flexible working environment, with roles working between 7am to 7pm based on business needs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent customer service skills, honesty and integrity, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A current and clean Driver's License is also essential.
