Customer Service Reviewer Position

We are seeking individuals to act as customer experience evaluators, visiting retail locations and reporting back on store presentation, service standards, selling skills, and cleanliness.

  • This role involves posing as a customer, making detailed observations about the experience, and then completing an online survey about the experience.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent observational skills, has a good memory, is reliable, has effective communication skills, and access to the internet.

  • The number of assignments offered depends on availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.

Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
