We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Early Careers initiatives. As the Early Career Programs Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by accelerating our Early Careers ambition through streamlined operational processes and planning.

About the Role:

  • You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver a market-leading graduate and early careers experience, making us the top choice for early careers talent.

    • This role is designed to unlock our ability to deliver excellence in our Programs through simplification of key moments that matter and maturing our Agile planning to drive operational delivery excellence.

      • As a member of the Early Career Programs Leadership team, you will have the ability to influence program design, embed Agile ways of working, drive operational delivery excellence, and accelerate the skilling of our Program Consultants and broader Program Management team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Early Career Program Consultants.

    1. Oversee the quarterly Agile planning and prioritization process for our early career programs milestones across the Program Delivery Team.

      1. Ensure operational excellence in core processes for the Program Delivery Team.

        1. Identify and deliver process simplification opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.

          1. Track and measure program effectiveness.

            1. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
