Job Opportunity: Hotel Manager or Couple

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Hotel Manager or Management Couple to run the day-to-day operations of one of our key hotels in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated staff, managing administration, front office, and restaurant functions.

We are looking for a couple who takes pride in their work, has experience in customer service, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Leadership skills and experience in running a hotel or accommodation-based business.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with the public.
  • Computing and reporting skills, including experience with RMS or other accommodation booking systems.
  • Experience in restaurant, kitchen, and events management.
