About the role

  • You will be responsible for providing great customer service and selling a diverse range of products within our retail department.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and work towards meeting sales targets with your colleagues.
  • Successfully negotiate with customers to find win-win solutions.
  • Assist customers in researching pricing and features for various stock items to differentiate our products from competitors.
  • Introduce customers to our online platform if we do not have what they are looking for.

About you

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • You will have a friendly and welcoming style, and be able to understand our customers' needs.
  • Ability to think on your feet and be a natural problem solver.
  • You will enjoy getting creative and putting your visionary excellence into merchandising store displays and hot zones.
  • Willingness to develop skills and knowledge to other areas of Cash Converters stores departments.
