Job Opportunity:

A pivotal role in embedding Project Management frameworks and standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with project specialists to bring best practices to life through hands-on coordination, tool development and content management within a project office environment.

  • Maintain governance registers and ensure consistent data collection.
  • Update and manage tool templates, standards, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain project content for the project office site.
  • Support the development of the project centre of excellence, including document and content libraries.
  • Collaborate with alliance functions (e.g., finance, procurement) to support project outcomes.
  • Provide coordination and facilitation support to project team members.
  • Assist in producing presentations, learning materials, and community engagement packs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in a project delivery environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Clear and engaging written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance with internal frameworks and policies.
  • Foundational certification in P3O, PRINCE2, or service delivery (preferred).
