The Role and responsibilities

  • Work within the Corporate Advisory practice group to provide knowledge management services and innovation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the broader KPI team to improve knowledge sharing and efficiency.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Understanding and promoting the KPI strategy and activities for the Corporate Advisory group and other groups.
  • Effectively communicating with stakeholders and managing relationships.
  • Enabling the flow of legal information within the Corporate Advisory group and between practice groups.
  • Drafting written content for the Corporate Advisory group.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have the following experience:

  • At least 5 years' post-admission experience.
  • Experience working as a legal practitioner within the Corporate Advisory space.
  • Specialist legal knowledge and advanced research skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Able to comprehend new legal concepts quickly and communicate them clearly.
  • Highly organised with ability to categorise and structure information.
  • Capacity to use relevant technologies and tools.
