Job Summary

We are looking for charismatic and cheerful individuals who can help our customers add a joyful touch to every corner of their home. As a Christmas Casual Helper, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our fairy-tale Christmas displays, be inspired by the beautiful décor and decorations, and contribute to making Christmas 2025 sparkle.

This role is perfect for those who enjoy providing excellent customer service, have a passion for beautiful homewares, and thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless point of sale experience that is engaging and efficient.
  • Assist with operational tasks, including unpacking and replenishing stock, and be involved in Visual Merchandising to maintain a high standard of store presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team and meet business demands.
