Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream
  • Establishing commonality and building rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Working closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulating the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meeting targets and KPI's as set by the business

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
