Your Responsibilities

  • Business partnership with leadership teams to develop and drive the People agenda for Country business objectives
  • Executing all operational People tasks at unit level for an excellent co-worker experience
  • Building local business competence & performance by setting and working on relevant People goals
  • Ensuring delivery of learning & training at the unit level unless provided by national support office team
  • Implementing a co-worker relations plan that effectively manages interactions, including performance management

Collaboration and Growth

The People & Culture team supports the delivery of the People & Culture Action Plan and IKEA Business Operations. A key focus lies in securing the co-worker experience, supporting leaders to equip their teams with knowledge and resources.
