We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Administrative Assistant to join our organization.
About the Role- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately processing timesheets and assisting with purchase ledger tasks.
- You will also maintain accurate records of approvals, timesheets, and documentation.
- Gather weekly timesheets from colleagues and verify hours worked.
- Check for changes or requests and send approved summaries and timesheets to payroll.
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- You should have strong Microsoft Excel skills and data entry experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
- You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A high level of attention to detail is required.
