- Providing clinical care to residents
- Managing and supervising care workers
- Undertaking client assessments
- Monitoring and evaluating care plans
- Administering treatments as required
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor of Nursing and current registration
- Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia-related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A big heart – you're empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
- Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment
