The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional guest service and employee performance. This includes developing innovative service enhancements to drive business growth.
Essential Duties:- Ensure all setup duties are completed on time, adhering to established protocols.
- Contribute to the training and evaluation of restaurant personnel, enforcing food and beverage policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of sanitation throughout the restaurant, promoting a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster positive customer relationships, effectively addressing complaints and concerns.
- Embody a commitment to service excellence, demonstrating the 5F's Standards in every interaction with guests and team members.
- Lead by example, motivating and engaging team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve outstanding results.
- Inspect facilities and equipment regularly, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in both food and service offerings.
- Stay informed about relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective training programs, enhancing employee knowledge and skills.
- Promote responsible gaming and alcohol service practices, discreetly reporting concerns and observations to management.
