Job Description

As a Casual Bus Driver with Ventura, you will play a vital role in keeping our community moving. Our drivers deliver a range of bus services, including public and school routes, rail replacement, charter, and special events.

We are seeking passionate individuals who enjoy driving and want to make a difference in their community. Our drivers work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, on the same AM shifts.

In return, we offer ongoing support and training, top industry rates, and stable employment in a secure industry.

Requirements
  • A current Victorian MR or HR Licence
  • Heavy vehicle driving experience is highly regarded, but not essential as we provide extensive driver training
  • Customer-focused individuals with the desire to provide assistance to passengers when required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A safe driving record
  • A high regard for safety, road rules, and regulations
  • The ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances, including Driver's Accreditation (DC) and Working With Children Card (WWCC)
