As a bus driver with Ventura, you will play a vital role in keeping our community moving. Our drivers provide an essential service, delivering a range of bus services including public and school routes, charter, and special events.

• Operate a bus safely and efficiently, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passenger needs and concerns
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance driving skills and knowledge

• A current Victorian Car, MR, or HR Licence
• Heavy vehicle driving experience is highly regarded, but not essential as we provide extensive driver training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A safe driving record
• A high regard for safety, road rules, and regulations
• The ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances, including a Driver's Accreditation (DC) and Working With Children Card (WWCC)
