  • Experience with Electrical Appliances: While not mandatory, previous experience with servicing and testing electrical appliances in residential rental properties will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong Knowledge of Safety Standards: A sound understanding of electrical safety standards, procedures, and compliance is crucial to performing this role effectively.
  • Independence & Accountability: The ability to manage your own schedule, work autonomously, and take responsibility for your workload is essential.
  • Communication Skills: You should possess excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service. Building relationships with clients and tenants will be an important part of the role.
  • Driver's License & Reliable Transport: A full, valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required as the role involves significant travel.
