Personal Care Assistant Job Opportunity

About this Role:

  • Deliver exceptional patient-centred care to individuals, their families and carers.
  • Use a holistic approach to assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and emotional state.
  • Support end-of-life care with dignity, comfort, and respect for personal wishes.
  • Adhere to the aged care code of conduct at all times.
  • Pursue continuous improvement through feedback, training, and adapting care practices.
  • Document and communicate care information accurately within the organisation and with external providers.

  • You are resilient, compassionate, and have a heart for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Excellent clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • A positive, flexible approach to effective patient care and management is crucial.
  • The ability to build friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment is vital.
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support is required for this position.

Additional Requirements:

You will also need to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining, a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support.
