We have several pathways designed for speech pathologists, each catering to different interests and career goals:

  • Early Childhood Pathway
    • Our early childhood pathway is led by experienced clinicians who specialize in early intervention and parent coaching. This program provides hands-on experience supporting young children and their families using play-based, strengths-focused approaches.
  • Autism Assessment & Support Pathway
    • Speech pathologists working on this pathway will be part of a skilled team delivering neuroaffirming, evidence-based assessments for autistic children. They will learn from clinicians passionate about supporting identity-affirming care and building strong partnerships with families.
  • Paediatric Feeding
    • Mentorship from our feeding specialist, who has extensive experience in medically complex cases and responsive mealtime therapy, is available to speech pathologists interested in this area. The therapist will learn to support families with feeding challenges in a compassionate, client-centred way.
  • Adult Services Pathway
    • For those interested in adult communication video fluoroscopy and swallowing support, we offer supervision and training across a wide range of adult clinical needs—from aged care to community-based support.

  • Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA Registration
  • Willingness to Grow and Contribute to Learning Culture
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC
  • Valid Driver's Licence
