We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Pathologist to fill a Speech Therapy role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with children and their families, helping them develop essential communication skills.

The job involves conducting assessments and delivering therapy sessions in a fun and engaging manner. You will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and number of clients per day, allowing you to achieve a great work-life balance.

  • This is an ideal opportunity for a speech pathologist looking to gain experience as an independent contractor or for an established sole trader who wants to enjoy more freedom and flexibility.

You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team of allied health therapists, providing support and collaborative clinical problem-solving. Our team values diversity and welcomes neurodivergent therapists to join us.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and delivering therapy sessions to children aged 2-14 years
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Therapy
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
