We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join our internal Customer Service Team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify all orders and quotes processed by the sales team
  • Ensure relevant products have purchase order copies (external and internal)
  • Assist the service team with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Process orders and quotes, providing correct product and delivery information to the dispatch team
  • Liaise with other teams to complete customer transactions efficiently

About You:

  • Experience in internal sales or a related industry is advantageous
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Strong data entry and typing skills (Microsoft)
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering accurate results in a dynamic work environment.

As a critical checker of orders and quotes, you will ensure accuracy and follow up on issues as required.
