Senior Test Validation Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing complex systems, proficiency in sensor technologies such as LIDAR, radar, and cameras is highly desirable, and a passion for working in fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in test and evaluation, preferably with autonomous systems or robotics.
  • Strong understanding of system verification and validation methodologies.
  • Proficiency with testing tools, data analysis software, and simulation environments.
  • Experience with autonomous vehicle systems, sensors (LIDAR, radar, cameras), or heavy machinery is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in fast-paced environments.
