About the Role

We are seeking a Provisional Psychologist to join our team at MediRecruit Australia Pty in Shepparton. As a Provisional Psychologist, you will work with clients of all ages, including private and NDIS clients, and a range of presentations, particularly ADHD, ASD, and Cognitive. Your therapy sessions will be a collaborative approach across the support team, including Support Workers, Parents, Teachers, and other health professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed standardized assessments and reports
  • Provide evidence-based psychological treatment
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology and AHPRA registration. Previous experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities (NDIS) or other health conditions is desirable. You will also need to have strong communication and report writing skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as a team player.

We are looking for a Provisional Psychologist who is highly organized, reliable, and has a high attention to detail. You will need to have a friendly and empathetic personality, as well as professional indemnity and public liability insurance. A current driver's license and your own car are also required.
