Position Overview
In this role, you will engage with clients across various age groups, including both private and NDIS clients, addressing a wide range of psychological presentations, particularly focusing on ADHD, ASD, and cognitive challenges. Your therapeutic sessions will be characterized by a collaborative approach, working alongside Support Workers, Parents, Teachers, and other health professionals.

Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive standardized assessments and generating detailed reports, as well as providing evidence-based psychological interventions.

This is a full-time role, although part-time arrangements may be considered. We are also open to sponsorship for qualified overseas candidates.

Candidate Profile
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology and AHPRA registration
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities or health conditions is preferred
  • Ability to implement interventions for a variety of psychological issues, including ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders
  • Strong communication and report writing abilities
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Empathetic and friendly demeanor
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
  • Willingness to obtain a current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Willingness to obtain First-Aid and CPR certification
  • Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
