About the Role
The Facilitator Director oversees recruitment, training, and quality of the facilitator team. They work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure Disability Inclusion reform achieves its aims.

The role requires a balanced understanding of priorities and pressures on various teams supporting the reform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee recruitment, training, and quality of the facilitator team.

Skills and Qualifications:
Award-winning Allied Health professionals (Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist) with 10+ years' experience working in/with schools. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, excelling at building positive team cultures, supporting team members, and enhancing individual skills.

About You:

  • You have a degree qualification (postgraduate preferred).
  • You possess strong project management abilities and are skilled in developing high-quality written materials collaboratively.
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and confidently engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • You take initiative and work effectively under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
