We seek a proactive Junior SEO Content Writer who is passionate about creative copy and able to set the tone for different brands. The successful applicant will be supported by our team and guided on areas of focus.

About the Role:

We're looking for an individual who is excited about the role and confident in their writing ability. As a Junior SEO Content Writer, you'll handle multiple priorities and deliver creative content while achieving deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams to leverage and share content
  • Contribute ideas for content generation across platforms
  • Research and write engaging articles and blog posts relevant to the SME sector
  • Research, write, and incorporate keywords into creative SEO copy
  • Create content for various formats/platforms, including landing pages and website copy
  • Identify trending topics/forecasted industry changes
  • Deliver high-performing digital content types to achieve objectives
  • Work with publishing teams to ensure that content is distributed and uploaded to digital platforms
  • Ensure all content adheres to branding and tone of voice standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Creative and Professional Writing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent
  • Outstanding written English, numeracy, and communication skills
  • Passionate about creative copy and able to set the tone for different brands
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing preferred but not essential
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Able to work well within a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision
  • Confident in identifying and sharing ideas for innovative content and using initiative to solve problems
  • Capable of working towards and achieving set deadlines, showing resourcefulness and tenacity
  • Results-driven, proactive, and willing to go above and beyond to complete tasks as required
  • Flexible and eager to embrace change in a rapidly evolving work and market environment
