Job Summary

The Bakery Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, promoting loyalty and confidence through friendly interactions.
  • Maintaining daily conditions that meet company expectations for product availability, freshness, quality, and value.
  • Offering product samples, answering questions, and assisting customers with finding or suggesting products.
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with colleagues to promote trust and respect among associates.
  • Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Possess strong customer service skills and ability to operate bakery equipment safely.
Working Conditions

This role requires:

  • Regularly standing, walking on various flooring types, utilizing manual dexterity, and performing repetitive movements.
  • Frequently reaching at waist level or overhead, carrying loads up to specific weights, and sitting occasionally.
Travel Requirements

Occasional travel is required for this role.
