Role Summary">

Welders and Fabricators are needed to join our team on the Hunter Class Frigate Program in Osborne, SA.

This is a permanent long-term career opportunity where you will be working on a major naval defense project.

As a welder or fabricator, your primary responsibility will be to undertake tasks and duties as directed by production supervision and trades trainers within the bounds of your current competence.

You will also be required to attend and complete relevant on-the-job training as needed.

Key responsibilities include properly maintaining materials, tools, and equipment; striving to continuously improve teamwork, processes, and effectiveness in the work area; and adhering to our company's policies and management practices.

Requirements for this role include trade qualifications, experience in fabrication with MIG or flux core welding, ability to read drawings, strong safety focus, strong time-keeping abilities, and excellent communication skills.

As a defense security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and either possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearances.
