Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Naval Consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in naval marine engineering and consulting, with extensive experience in delivering complex projects to government or defence sector clients.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior defence and industry stakeholders, identify and win new naval advisory work, and contribute to the development of our Advisory capability in Naval business.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, lead and deliver naval advisory projects that meet quality system requirements.
  • Engage directly with senior defence and industry stakeholders on high-impact projects across acquisition, sustainment, fleet optimisation and life cycle extension.
  • Identify and win new naval advisory work, building enduring relationships with clients across Defence, government and industry.
  • Work with the Maritime Sales and Naval Service Delivery teams to promote our Advisory capability in Naval business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Eligible for security clearance from the relevant authorities.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely-related discipline.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the naval sector, including its operational and regulatory landscape.
  • Extensive professional experience, with a strong foundation in naval marine engineering and consulting.
