  • Agree on Recommended Solutions: Work with wider enterprise architecture teams to agree on recommended solutions for business problem statements, with a focus on Salesforce CRM.
  • Represent Salesforce Business Architecture: Represent Salesforce Business Architecture in organisation-wide strategic programs.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification is mandatory.
  • Experience: At least 7 to 8 years of experience working in similar roles in large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations.
  • Skills: Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business Process Modelling: Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Cloud-Based Projects: Experience working on cloud-based projects, including working with digital transformation teams, UX/CX designers, and assistant technology-enabled (Accessibility Compliant) applications.
  • Security Considerations: Familiarity with deployment in public and private government-approved cloud and associated security considerations.
Desirable Criteria
  • Agile and Structured Delivery: Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments and exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and Insurance Industries.
  • IT Architectural Qualification: TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification.
  • Accessibility and Design: Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development.
